There are moments when life can feel like an intense search, and you lose your connection with yourself, but also with your partner and your child. It is precisely in those moments that I am here to walk alongside you for a part of your journey.
As a holistic therapist and guide, I combine my knowledge and life experience with my intuition.

You are so much more than any trauma, diagnosis or label. But when you feel completely stuck in old patterns and conditioning, moving forward can be incredibly difficult. That is why I am here to help you look beyond these stories. To find answers to the questions you have for yourself and your child.
During my sessions, I also teach you how to intuitively connect with your body. Your body has already responded before your mind was able to formulate an answer. Every person possesses this wisdom, but it is often completely overshadowed by thoughts and beliefs. Together, we work on restoring that connection with your inner knowing.
